International standard conditions of contract, in particular the FIDIC Conditions of Contract are being increasingly used by the international Construction Industry. The FIDIC Conditions have been adopted by the Multi-Lateral Development Banks , and the European Commission for all their projects. This course explains the use FIDIC suite of Contracts, with particular emphasis on the Conditions of Contract for Construction (the “Construction Contract”) and the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build (the “Design-Build Contract”).
